Intensive Outpatient Treatment at Lawren Healthcare Services is a structured, multi-day-per-week program that provides significantly more support than standard outpatient therapy without requiring residential admission. IOT is designed for individuals who need a higher level of care than weekly therapy but whose safety and stability allow them to live at home and continue their daily lives. The program runs three to five days per week and combines individual therapy, group therapy, psychoeducation, and skill-building sessions into a comprehensive treatment schedule. IOT is an appropriate step-up from standard outpatient care when symptoms are escalating, or a step-down from residential or inpatient treatment as clients transition back to community life. Our morning and evening scheduling options mean that work, school, and family obligations do not have to be set aside to receive the level of care you need.
